Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used products.
• Final Sale items.
• Gift cards (if applicable).
